Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Mining Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience with autonomous mining technologies or Cat MineStar solutions.
- Strong problem solving and ability to interpret drawings and data.
Responsibilities
- Own onboard hardware health and fleet availability for MineStar Command-equipped trucks.
- Analyze machine performance, reliability, and failure trends to improve uptime.
- Support integration of onboard mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
- Lead root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
- Present findings to stakeholders and Caterpillar leadership.
