Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer for Maritime Integrated Solutions. You will own software for autonomous maritime platforms, including autonomy, simulation, data processing, and off-board command and control across the product life cycle.

You will lead development, collaborate across departments to deliver scalable software, mentor teammates, and ensure robust testing. Travel up to 20% for field collaboration; U.S. Secret clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer across domains/technologies.
• Strong systems and/or application programming skills (algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling).
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems.
• Ability to own software services end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and grow the team.
• Eligible for and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with end-users and balance needs with constraints.
• Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, optimizing value.
• Design and implement scalable software with a path for evolution.
• Develop reusable components across Anduril products.
• Create software for on- and off- robotic platforms.
• Manage development processes for vehicle and mission software lifecycle.
