Job summary

Bohler’s Nashville office seeks a Project Manager to oversee land development projects from concept to completion, balancing design quality and client satisfaction. You’ll lead internal teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets.

We value 10+ years in civil/site design, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and strong leadership. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design is preferred; PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets and contracts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure expectations are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and staff.
• Oversee financial performance, contracts, invoicing, and changes.
• Present at hearings, client meetings, and community sessions.
• Collaborate on business development and account growth.
