Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its outside territory sales team in Texas. The role focuses on engaging SMBs with top-tier supplemental insurance products, supported by classroom and hands-on training and self-paced learning modules.

We value ownership, growth, and service, seeking driven individuals who can build relationships, plan autonomously, and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong client service. Prior athletics or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; report activity weekly.
