Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Nashville seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide care in home, school, work, and community settings, moving patients beyond the clinic into real life tasks.

You will evaluate, develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders, reassess progress, and coordinate with families and care teams to promote safe, functional outcomes.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (accredited program).
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification as per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patients and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
