Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Senior Living team for PT visits in assisted living and independent living communities. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and strong professional growth.

You’ll perform mobility, gait training, balance work, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise; develop individualized treatment plans; educate clients and families; and document care using our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Arizona PT license or eligibility.
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success.
