Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for PT visits in our senior living program. You’ll provide evidence-based care at patients’ homes, develop plans, and document in EMR with autonomy and strong clinical mentorship.

This full-time role offers comprehensive onboarding, flexible scheduling, and a supportive local team focused on quality care and patient independence.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PT license or eligibility.
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies.
