BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for per diem, part-time home visits in Marana / Red Rock / Casa Grande. You will help clients regain independence at home with autonomy, backed by a supportive team and strong clinical mentorship.

The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with tools like a state-of-the-art EMR tablet and around-the-clock clinical support to ensure successful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success.
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system.
