Ideal candidates have Washington state licensure, CAPTE-credited education (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred), and current BLS CPR certification. Part-time or PRN hours available, with hourly pay $49–$53 plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Washington state.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or CAPTE-qualified education.
• Current BLS CPR certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the plan of care with patient and family.
• Assess functional status and home environment; adjust goals.
• Counsel patients and caregivers; document progress.
• Initiate PT program and train others as needed.
• Supervise PT assistants and complete daily documentation.
