Job summary

Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Physical Therapist to serve Gig Harbor and surrounding areas. Day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with mileage reimbursement and hourly pay of $50–$60 depending on experience.

Licensed WA PT, CAPTE-accredited degree, CPR, and 2+ years of PT experience required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential for home visits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in WA.
• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program (DPT or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative physical therapy services at patients' homes.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patient and caregiver.
• Provide patient/family counseling and education.
• Document clinical notes and progress summaries.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health care practitioners.
• Supervise PT assistants per policy and state regulations.
