Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a PT program approved by CAPTE or equivalent.
• Current Washington State PT license in good standing required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-prescribed therapy to home health patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop plans of care.
• Complete required documentation and clinical notes.
