Qualifications

• Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid CA Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform home evaluations and develop care plans in collaboration with PTAs.
• Help patients regain mobility and independence.
• Create detailed treatment plans for each patient.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure quality care.
• Report progress to physicians and manage caseloads.
