Qualifications

• Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of local community resources and health care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop care plans and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise PTAs per agency standards when required.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy to restore function and independence.
