Qualifications

• Current CA Physical Therapist License (PT) and licensure requirements.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home evaluations and develop care plans with PTAs to follow.
• Restore function and maximize patient independence.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure quality care.
• Evaluate and treat patients using prescribed PT programs.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) per agency policy.
