FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver premier care in the Shingle Springs area as an Independent Contractor. You will assess patients, develop plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress to improve movement and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Physical Therapist license and registration by the state
• Completion of a Physical Therapist curriculum approved by major PT associations

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs to promote movement, pain reduction, function restoration, and disability prevention.
• Determine a treatment plan based on assessment and evaluation.
• Execute interventions to improve patient well-being and monitor progress.
