Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Autonomous Hauling Technology Specialist to lead the deployment of MineStar Command for Hauling at quarry sites across North America.

You will work on-site with customers, dealers, and Caterpillar experts to ensure safe, efficient autonomous operations, driving peak performance and value realization. You will troubleshoot complex systems, mentor local SMEs, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve challenges and enable scalable autonomous solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep mining or quarry tech knowledge, incl. machine control and off-board systems.
• Experience implementing MineStar Command for Hauling in real ops.
• Strong field support and on-site problem solving.
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful implementation of MineStar Command for Hauling at customer quarry sites.
• Serve as technical advisor to customers, coaching ops and maintenance teams.
• Manage integration of onboard/offboard systems for reliable fleet performance.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, troubleshoot and improve system reliability.
• Drive safety, continuous improvement, and customer value through site engagements.
