Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited in Western Australia seeks an experienced Autonomous Haulage System Supervisor to lead and optimize AHS operations at the Pilgangoora Mine. You will drive reliability, safety, and productivity through data-driven improvements while collaborating across Mine Operations, Planning, Maintenance, Technology, and OEM partners.

This full-time, on-site role requires 5+ years in AHS operations, CAT Command for Hauling expertise, and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

5+ years operating AHS haul fleets.
Deep experience with CAT Command for Hauling.
Experience as AHS Supervisor/Control Supervisor or Pit builder.
Tertiary qualification in Mining, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
Large-scale hard rock mining experience.
Strong safety and environmental commitment.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AHS reliability, productivity, and operational maturity.
Collaborate with Mine Operations, Mine Planning, Maintenance, Technology, and OEM partners to optimise autonomous and manned interface areas.
Monitor, analyse, and optimise AHS performance metrics (fleet utilisation, cycle times, availability).
Provide technical leadership and operational support for the Autonomous Haulage System, ensuring safe, reliable autonomous mining operations.
