Job summary

Komatsu Mining Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced AHS Product Engineer II to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement for the FrontRunner Autonomous Haulage System (AHS). You will work across Windows and Linux environments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 25% to customer mine sites.

Strong documentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring safe, reliable autonomous mining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
Experience troubleshooting complex software and industrial technology.
Ability to investigate issues, test solutions, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for the FrontRunner AHS, investigating and resolving incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
Troubleshoot complex software, system, configuration, networking, database, and integration issues by analyzing logs and data.
Take ownership of technical issues through resolution or escalation, coordinating with regional teams and engineering.
Support and lead FrontRunner AHS deployments and upgrades with approved documentation and QA practices.
Create, review, and maintain technical documentation including release notes and procedures.
