Zusammenfassung

Atoms is seeking an on-site leader for field deployment of autonomous haulage technology across US mining sites. You will manage a local field team, coordinate permitting and safety, and ensure the autonomous system integrates with the mine’s production cycle.

Travel up to 75% across the US and international locations is expected; the role requires extensive mining experience, strong communication with executives, and hands-on leadership in dynamic environments.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of direct mining experience.
• 5–10 years in a leadership role (e.g., Site Superintendent, Maintenance Manager).
• Proven track record in technology rollouts (autonomy, remote ops, telematics).
• University degree in Mining Engineering preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver projects to agreed metrics and ensure autonomous system integration into mine production cycles.
• Lead local field team, oversee permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, and performance.
• Act as central liaison between customer site and HQ; provide progress reports and escalate blockers.
• Lead customer training programs on Pronto technology and manage system handover to mine operations.
