Job summary

Pronto is seeking an experienced Project Delivery & Management lead for on-site deployments across the United States. You will manage the local field team, coordinate permitting, scheduling, safety, and ensure autonomous haulage integrates into the mine’s production cycle.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of mining experience, 5–10 years in leadership, and a track record with technology rollouts. Expect up to 75% travel, on-site rotations, and a base salary of $81k–$102k, plus equity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of direct mining experience.
• 5–10 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to agreed performance metrics and ensure seamless integration into production cycle.
• Manage local field team, permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, and performance.
• Hold the customer accountable for deliverables, resources, and readiness.
• Serve as primary point of contact between customer site and Pronto HQ with regular progress reports.
• Set up or modify operational processes to accommodate autonomous haulage.
• Lead customer training and formal handover to mine operations.
