Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Anchorage, AK seeks an autonomous Branch Director to lead and grow the local in-home care operation. You will independently manage the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.

Responsibilities include developing a marketing plan, cultivating referral partnerships, hiring and staffing shifts, conducting client intakes, and overseeing the office budget to drive profitability. Relocation is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Anchorage branch independently with corporate training support.
• Develop and execute a local marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home provider.
• Cultivate and manage referral partnerships (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff all shifts; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and maintain profitability.
• Foster a high-morale workplace and drive a strong team culture.
