Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a dedicated director to lead the Maine branch in Waterville. You will operate autonomously with executive-level training and corporate support, driving growth and client satisfaction.

The role requires full-time, Monday–Friday work with relocation to start. Base salary is $80,000 plus a 20% quarterly profit share, plus comprehensive benefits and a company car. You will recruit, coach, and guide staff while building referral networks.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with experience managing a team.
• Track record of meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Maine branch with full P&L responsibility and ongoing corporate support.
• Develop and execute a local marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage referral relationships with hospitals, hospices, senior living, and other partners.
• Hire, onboard, and ensure staffing coverage for all shifts; monitor on-call responsiveness.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and drive profitability; maintain financial stewardship.
• Create and sustain a high-performance culture, set standards, and motivate the team.
