Job summary

Impact Funeral Partners in Bisbee, AZ, is seeking a General Manager / Funeral Director to lead our Bisbee location with compassion and business oversight. You will supervise staff, meet families, and ensure exceptional care while managing operations.

The role requires a licensed Arizona funeral director/embalmer with 5+ years of experience and strong leadership. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, plus a GM bonus program, commissions, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed AZ funeral director and embalmer or able to obtain license.
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed funeral director preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited mortuary science program.
• Prior management or leadership experience a plus.
• Strong communication and genuine commitment to serving families.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day funeral home operations, staffing, scheduling and facility management.
• Meet with client families to guide arrangements with professionalism and compassion.
• Perform or oversee embalming, preparation, and funeral services as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, clergy, and local organizations.
• Drive location performance including call volume, revenue, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with support teams on reporting, compliance and standards.
• Mentor and develop funeral home staff.
