Qualifications

• Active Arizona funeral director and embalmer license, or the ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed funeral director preferred.
• Prior management or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day funeral home operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Guide arrangements with professionalism and compassion.
• Perform or oversee embalming and funeral services as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members.
• Drive location performance including call volume and revenue.
• Mentor and develop funeral home staff.
