Qualifications

• Active MO Funeral Director license, or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed funeral director preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited mortuary science program required.

• Management or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead funeral home operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Meet with client families to guide arrangements with professionalism.
• Perform or oversee embalming and funeral services as needed.
• Build relationships with community members and organizations.
• Drive location performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop funeral home staff.
