You’ll set your schedule, manage patient flow, mentor APPs, and engage in value-based care with AI-enabled tools. This role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, travel between facilities, and opportunities to lead clinical initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care with history, physicals, and weekly rounds.
• Collaborate with APPs to manage complex visits and ensure clinical excellence.
• Mentor APPs and elevate care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps and improve patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and uphold Curana Health's mission.
• Represent Curana Health as a clinical leader in communities served.
