Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations including scheduling, routing, crew dispatch, and field support.
• Lead, train, and hold accountable a small team of field technicians.
• Generate new business through local networking, residential sales, and B2B outreach.
• Create and send estimates, run walkthroughs, and close deals with prospective customers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers with fast, friendly communication.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners, realtors, and local business owners.
• Own and report on weekly performance metrics including revenue and close rate.
• Attend local networking events and participate in marketing opportunities.
• Step in on job sites to protect quality and reliability.
• Monitor job quality, inventory, and safety standards.
