Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a Pricing and Network Strategy Manager in Fort Worth, TX. You will own pricing strategy, network economics, and commercial models for scalable autonomous freight services, pricing customer RFPs, and evaluating opportunities across corridors and partnerships.

You will analyze willingness-to-pay, competition, and demand to inform pricing decisions, while developing standardized tools and tracking KPIs to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in transportation pricing, network strategy, or revenue management.
• Experience building business cases and profitability analyses for networks or customers.
• Strong financial modelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy, network economics, and commercial models for autonomous freight services.
• Lead pricing of customer RFPs, dedicated transportation models, and spot-market opportunities.
• Develop tools for pricing evaluation and track commercial KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations and BD.
