Job summary

Volvo Group's North American portfolio, including Mack Trucks, seeks a Manager of Pricing Operations & Transformation to shape a next‑generation pricing capability for aftermarket parts. You will lead an active team of Pricing Analysts, implement AI‑assisted workflows, and drive pricing strategy across NA markets, including expansion to Latin America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of pricing, revenue management, or related analytics roles; aftermarket or B2B experience preferred.
• Hands-on pricing experience with measurable business impact.
• Experience leading enterprise pricing/ERP/CRM analytics implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in trucking, automotive, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as pricing‑lead for tool implementation, translating requirements into workflows and rules.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Sales, Finance, IT on requirements, testing, deployment and adoption.
• Lead user readiness and training for pricing organization; drive post‑launch coaching.
• Provide hands‑on leadership in complex pricing issues and analytics, mentoring analysts.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure pricing decisions align with business goals.
