Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff its expanding second outpatient dermatology clinic in Arkansas. The NP will provide independent evaluations, perform common dermatologic procedures, and conduct full-body skin exams with mentorship from a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon.

The role offers a strong base salary with a 10% uncapped collections bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas; eligible for immediate licensure.
• Trained under a Board Certified Dermatologist (ACGME dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice.
• Ability to practice independently when supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and preventive education.
• Manage daily patient volume with autonomy; collaborate with supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate EMR documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
