Job summary

Elevate Ventures is seeking an Autonomous Construction Operator in Bloomington, IN, to join our team at Terran Robotics. This role involves operating and monitoring robotic construction systems, mixing materials, and conducting equipment inspections. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with tools, be physically capable of outdoor work in various conditions, and possess basic troubleshooting skills. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, alongside equity participation and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using tools or equipment.
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing field work.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor robotic system in outdoor field environments.
• Mix and deliver adobe material to Terraformer.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance.

Skills

Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable and punctual

Education

Trade school or technical training (construction, robotics, mechatronics, etc.)
