Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on equipment operation, repair, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Comfort working with mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, diagnostics, and tools.
• Willingness to travel weekly across the U.S. and work in outdoor/construction jobsite conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of autonomous construction equipment.
• Document equipment performance, field observations, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain safe field practices and a professional Rinvio presence on jobsites.
