Job summary

Rinvio is seeking an Autonomous Equipment Field Specialist to provide hands-on field support for robotic and autonomous construction equipment. This travel-heavy role is based near the Chicago area and requires at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be comfortable with mechanical systems and have a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on equipment operation, repair, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to travel weekly across the U.S. and work in outdoor/construction jobsite conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of autonomous construction equipment.
• Assist with field setup, calibration, sensor adjustment, component checks, and equipment readiness.
• Document equipment performance, field observations, issues, and improvement opportunities.
