Job summary

Terran Robotics Inc. in Luling, Texas is seeking an Autonomous Construction Operator to join our field operations team. You will mix material, operate our Terraformer robotic construction system, and push construction progress on residential jobsites.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors, and able to support daily field operations with minimal supervision. Prior experience with small equipment and safety practices is valued as we build the future of adobe

Qualifications

Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using tools or equipment.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing field work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local commute preferred).

Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor robotic system in outdoor field environments.
Mix and deliver adobe material to Terraformer.
Operate small equipment (e.g., mixer, skid steer, telehandler, man lift) as needed.
Use hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
Conduct daily equipment inspections (startup, shutdown, safety checks).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
Document work performed and report issues to supervisor.
Assist with setup, calibration, and positioning of robotic systems.
Support continuous operations across assigned shifts including weekends if needed.
Identify abnormal operations.
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and operational issues in real time.
