Job summary

IABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Des Plaines clinic. This full-time role is open to entry-level or recent graduates and offers autonomy to build your own schedule, with some work-from-home for indirect hours.

You will lead development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions across in-home and clinic settings, maintain HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with families to generalize skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• NPI number, CAQH profile, and Illinois licensure.
• Background check required.
• First Aid/CPR preferred; Safety-Care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes for new clients and conduct functional behavior assessments to establish meaningful objectives and goals
• Administer behavioral, language, play, and skill-based assessments
• Design, supervise, and analyze treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis and precision teaching
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality treatment plan implementation
• Overlap client sessions semi-monthly to support fidelity and staff development
• Partner with parents and guardians through monthly family meetings to support skill generalization across home and clinic environments
• Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance at all times
• Maintain a flexible schedule responsive to client needs, while meeting a monthly service aim of 120 hours
