Job summary

IABA in Des Plaines is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized interventions across both in-home and clinic settings. BCBAs will create schedules with autonomy and support fidelity through supervision and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification active and in good standing.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and behavior-analytic interventions.
• Ability to work independently with strong ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes for new clients and conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Administer behavioral and language assessments.
• Design, supervise, and analyze ABA and precision teaching treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure fidelity.
• Coordinate with families through monthly meetings to generalize skills.
