Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior leader to coordinate flight operations across locations. The Autonomous Airpower Head of Production will own strategic development, operational direction, and a vision for the department, ensuring flawless execution for all product and AA programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a Manufacturing/Production leadership role within hardware development with scale from prototype to full-rate production (thousands).
• Experience in discrete manufacturing in aerospace, consumer electronics, medical, or automotive. Process manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Autonomous Airpower office manufacturing floor, headcount, and capital expenditures forecasting for Manufacturing.
• Lead production, supply chain, and quality teams to execute the 5-year strategic vision for high-rate, high-quality output.
• Mature Costa Mesa, CA products from prototypes to full-rate production and drive lifecycle processes.
