Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive manufacturing industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of workforce coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in both office and shop/warehouse environments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer toolbox program and coordinate with staffing partners.
• Support contract hiring, including interview scheduling and routing.
• Create contractor job requisitions in the VMS and liaison with staffing partners.
• Facilitate orientations and proctor testing for new hires.
• Maintain contractor notes and documentation in management systems.
• Assist with workforce planning, staffing for projects, and scheduling.
• Prepare internal presentations and reports in Excel and other docs.
• Coordinate with teams to address workforce needs timely.
• Identify and resolve staffing or operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
