Jeep 24 of Brockton is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our busy dealership team. You will manage the complete warranty claims process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while coordinating with Service, Parts, and Accounting.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in warranty administration, a solid understanding of manufacturer policies, and a track record of high claim acceptance and timely receivables management. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• 3–7 years of automotive warranty administration or related role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and documentation.
• Proven ability to maintain a 95% warranty claim acceptance rate.
• Experience managing warranty receivables with 14-day balances.

Responsabilidades

• Review, prepare, and submit manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims accurately and within deadlines.
• Verify repair orders, technician docs, labor operations, parts, and supporting records for compliance.
• Track claim status, follow up on pending claims, and resubmit corrected claims promptly.
• Monitor warranty receivables and ensure timely reimbursement and reconcilation.
• Maintain claim acceptance rate target at 95% or higher and keep receivables within 14 days.
• Coordinate warranty parts retention, returns, and required documentation.
