Job summary

Voss Cadillac is seeking a Warranty Administrator to support the Service Department in processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in automotive dealership warranty processes and familiarity with dealership management software, including Reynolds and Reynolds.

Qualifications

• Must have clear record keeping and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in automotive dealership warranty processes preferred.
• GM/Cadillac warranty experience is a plus.
• Proficient with dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims to factories or distributors.
• Coordinate service support team activities related to warranty.
• Monitor progress reports; close receivables; post credits; file paid claims.
• Verify factory criteria and stay updated on warranty regulations.
• Keep service manager informed of claim status; communicate updates to staff.
• Assist receptionist and cashier as needed; maintain organized records.
