Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Warranty Analyst Engineer to identify data-driven trends in warranty claims across Infotainment, Body Electronics, and ADAS electrical systems. You will analyze warranty data, surface recurring issues, and translate insights into cross-functional actions with Engineering, Quality, Service, and Finance to reduce warranty costs.

You’ll lead data strategy, apply ML/AI for deeper analyses, and track corrective actions to ensure sustainable improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 1+ year automotive data experience.
• Experience with warranty data analysis and cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis and ML is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify warranty trends using data from Palantir and warranty platforms.
• Categorize claims to root cause areas and map to failure modes.
• Track corrective actions through to issue closure and measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Service, and Finance for improvements.
• Deliver updates during quality reviews and leadership meetings.
