Job summary

Burnetts Staffing is seeking an Automotive Warranty Claims Technician in Carrollton, TX to manage warranty processing in a fast-paced office. You will open, file, and track claims, handle call volume, document meticulously, and ensure timely case follow-up while leveraging automotive knowledge to diagnose engine and transmission issues with coordination from technicians and managers.

The role runs Monday to Friday, full-time, with benefits including medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Warranty Claims Technician in the Carrollton, TX area to take charge of processing and managing warranty claims in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for opening, filing, and tracking claims, handling call volume, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending cases. You’ll also use your automotive knowledge to review and diagnose engine and transmission issues, working closely with technicians and managers to capture all necessary details.

Requirements:
