Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate via phone and email with automotive dealerships, vehicle owners, and third-parties to understand, investigate and respond to customer concerns.
• Document all correspondence and actions in the CRM database.
• Research warranties, policies, customer service programs, and applicable laws to provide compliant customer support.
• Collaborate with peers and management within the Consumer Affairs Department to meet goals and complete projects on time.
