Mankato Motors is seeking a full-time Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our Service and Accounting teams in Mankato, MN. You will prepare, process, and submit manufacturer warranty claims, extended warranty claims, and fleet claims while handling accounts receivable and billing.

The role requires meticulous data entry, strong numerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines while maintaining accurate warranty records and collaborating with service and accounting

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership warranty, service, accounting, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and records.
• Proficient data entry and ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time.
• Process extended warranty and service contract claims.
• Manage fleet claims and billing, review repair orders for completeness.
• Maintain warranty claim records and reconcile payments with claims and RO.
• Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on denials or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Service and Accounting departments to resolve issues.
