Job summary

iA American Warranty LP is seeking a VSC Claims Adjuster to review vehicle service contract claims, verify coverage, and evaluate repair estimates. You will communicate decisions to customers, repair facilities, and dealers in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.

This position features a hybrid work environment, uses Alldata and Mitchell Pro Demand, and requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and at least 2 years in automotive claims or related fields.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive claims or related fields.
• Ability to review contracts and determine eligibility.
• Experience using automotive repair estimation tools.
• Spanish language is a plus.
• ASe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, facilities, and dealers regarding VSC claims.
• Review contracts to verify coverage eligibility and ensure all protocols are followed.
• Gather and evaluate parts and labor estimates using automotive labor guides.
• Determine claim eligibility, apply benefits, and communicate decisions and payments.
• Process claim documentation and maintain accurate records in the Toro system.
