Job summary

iA American Warranty, L.P. is seeking a VSC Claims Adjuster to review vehicle service contract claims, verify coverage, and evaluate repair estimates.

You will communicate decisions to customers, repair facilities, and dealers while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to protocols. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in automotive claims or related fields, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to interpret contracts and estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in automotive claims, repair, customer service, or call center.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret contracts and repair estimates.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Organized and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, repair facilities, and dealers regarding Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) claims.
• Review contracts to verify coverage eligibility and ensure claims protocols are followed.
• Gather and evaluate parts and labor estimates using automotive labor guide applications such as Alldata and Mitchell Pro Demand.
• Determine claim eligibility, apply applicable benefits, and communicate claim decisions and payment procedures.
• Process claim documentation, maintain accurate records in the Toro system, and provide claim summaries and updates to leadership.
