Job summary

iA American Warranty Group is seeking a VSC Claims Adjuster to review vehicle service contract claims, verify coverage, and evaluate repair estimates. You will ensure compliance with claims protocols while delivering a seamless customer experience for clients, repair facilities, and dealers.

Ideal candidates bring automotive knowledge, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior automotive claims or call center experience is preferred, with ASE certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in calls, email, or chat
• Strong communication and listening skills to resolve claims
• Attention to detail in review of contracts and estimates

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, repair facilities, and dealers regarding VSC claims
• Review contracts to verify coverage eligibility and ensure claims protocols are followed
• Gather and evaluate parts and labor estimates using Alldata and Mitchell Pro Demand
• Determine claim eligibility, apply benefits, and communicate decisions and payment procedures
• Process claim documentation and provide summaries/updates to leadership
