The role emphasizes troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, OTA update workflows, CAN tools usage, and collaboration across teams to improve processes and readiness for proving-ground activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Fleet Management and supporting fleet operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of OTA Updates and vehicle software update workflows.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills for effective issue investigation.
• Proficiency with CAN tools for diagnostics and data-driven troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and support quality investigations.

What's the Job?

• Support day-to-day fleet operations and vehicle software updates, ensuring smooth execution and operational continuity.
• Troubleshoot vehicle software and operational issues, supporting quality investigations and technical root-cause analysis.
• Assist with proving-ground activities and investigations to validate performance and identify underlying causes.
• Support software deployments and release validation, including readiness monitoring and status reporting.
• Escalate issues as needed, follow up on corrective actions, and provide audit support while improving processes.
