Job summary

In this role, you will collaborate with Product Planning, Core Engineering, Systems Engineering, HMI, Software, Hardware, and Validation teams to translate customer and business needs into clear, testable and traceable requirements, ensuring delivery per milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and managing clear, testable requirements.
• Ability to maintain bidirectional traceability across product layers.
• Familiarity with safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, authoring, review, baselining, maintenance, and status tracking of requirements.
• Analyze requirements for clarity, completeness, and testability; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Define test requirements and acceptance criteria with full traceability.
• Decompose customer needs into platform-level functional and non-functional requirements.
• Tailor platform requirements for specific programs with justified deviations.
• Use benchmarking and VOC to translate needs into measurable inputs.
• Facilitate cross-functional requirement reviews and resolve gaps and interfaces.
• Maintain traceability and assess impacts of changes on schedule and cost.
• Partner with validation teams to ensure safety, cybersecurity, and standards coverage.
