• Validation Setup & Testing: Set up, execute, and monitor laboratory bench tests and vehicle-level validation procedures for 12V power components and systems.
• Documentation & Work Orders: Prepare engineering work orders (EWOs), author test reports, and document detailed validation results against technical performance specifications.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze electrical measurement data (voltage, current, thermal, network signal logs) to verify functional compliance.
• Troubleshooting: Assist lead engineers with identifying, logging, and resolving electrical system anomalies, parasitic draws, and communication errors during vehicle testing.
• Requirements & Test Plan Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine test procedures, acceptance criteria, and environmental test profiles.
